HSJZ-65/132 PVC Soffit Panel Making Machine
This Soffit Panel Machine Extruder will use HSJZ-65/132 model, which installed with 37kw driving motor, whose extrusion ability ranges 100~250kg/hr. The Extruder machine parts are all branded. With SCREW & BARREL Sets has the advantages of high tenacity, high impact, good bending performance, high temperature resistance, etc.
- Inverter: Brands like ABB are commonly used to control the speed of the extruder and the haul - off machine, enabling energy - saving and easy speed adjustment.
- Extruder: Usually a twin - screw extruder, such as the conical twin - screw extruder. For example, the screw diameter of some models can be 65 mm, and the screw L/D ratio can reach 132:1, with a screw speed of 37 rpm. The extruder's screw is often made of 38CrMoAlA material, which has good wear - resistance and corrosion - resistance.
- Temperature Control System: Adopts well - known brands such as Omron to precisely control the temperature of the extruder, ensuring the stable melting and plasticizing of the materials.
